Known for our warm hospitality, consistent quality, and vibrant community atmosphere, we are seeking a dedicatedAssistant Managerto help lead our front-of-house team and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Position Summary:

The Assistant Manager will support the owner in overseeing all front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth daily service, leading FOH staff, and upholding The Chelseas high standards in hospitality and professionalism.

Requirements:

Minimum5 years of restaurant experience.

Strong knowledge of FOH operations including guest service, staff coaching, and floor management.

Must be available to workevenings and weekends.

Excellent communication and team-building skills.

Positive, hands-on leadership style with a calm and professional demeanor.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
