Job Summary:

Were looking for a highly organized, detail-driven

Project Plannerto lead planning and scheduling for our resort development projects. Youll coordinate timelines, resources, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that all phasesfrom design to grand openingstay on track, on budget, and aligned with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage detailed project schedules (design, permitting, construction, FFandE, etc.) using tools like MS Project or Primavera.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to align schedules and identify critical path activities.

Track progress, flag delays, and recommend corrective actions to keep the project moving forward.

Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to stakeholders and leadership.

Maintain a master schedule that integrates multiple phases and disciplines of the resort project.

Assist in planning procurement timelines and coordination with vendors and suppliers.

Update resource allocation plans and manpower forecasts.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory deadlines and permit milestones.

Identify project risks related to scheduling and propose mitigation plans.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.

3-5+ years of experience in project planning or scheduling, ideally in resort, hospitality, or large-scale real estate development.

Proficient with scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent).

Strong understanding of construction phases and resort development timelines.

Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving instincts.

Nice to Have:

PMP or similar project management certification.

Experience with LEED or sustainable development timelines.

Familiarity with hospitality operational planning (pre-opening, FFandE, staffing).
