It is the responsibility of the Cook to prepare orders accurately &
efficiently, to maintain a clean and organized workspace, to maintain
the appropriate supply of prepared food items and to function
successfully as part of the team.

1. Prepare menu items as listed utilizing required portion
control and as trained on a flat top grill, charbroiler, deep fryer,
and oven.

2. Follow Sanitation procedures.

3. Maintain dish washing during shift and in-between orders, put
dishes, pots and pans, utensils away after each washing cycle.

4. At end of shift ensure kitchen area is left in a clean and
orderly fashion for next shift to arrive with the ability to
immediately operate the kitchen.

5. Follow written recipes.

# Qualifications and Education Requirements

Must have ability to prepare multiple orders simultaneously and
multi-task. Must have reliable transportation to arrive to work on
time. Previous scratch kitchen experience preferred but will train
the right candidate.

Preferred Skills

- Preparing food on a flat top grill; operating a commercial fryer,
pizza preparation, experience on charbroiler.

- Prefer previous experience preparing food in a full serve
restaurant environment.
