Someone in this position should have good communication skills, be dependable, flexible, and prompt, and have good initiative and teamwork skills. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, direct care to individuals, assisting with showers, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, medication administration, documentation, preparing and cooking meals, housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, helping with doctor appointments, outings, and running programs and activities.
