Position: Administrative Assistant

Salary: $17.99 per hour

Schedule: Monday thru Friday

Locations: Walton, New York Full time

Job Summary: Provide administrative support for Day Program Services

Responsibilities:

Answering and directing phone calls

Managing the team's calendars and setting up reminders to keep track of deadlines for reports/paperwork/surveys (Agency, NYS, etc.)

Maintain Program Files

Ordering and monitoring office supplies and other materials

Preparing documents for meetings

Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries

Writing emails on behalf of the team

Preparing and processing invoices

Entering/uploading data in Portal

Qualifications:

Type 45 wpm

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to lift 40 lbs.

Must be able to prioritize, multitask, and manage busy schedules/deadlines

Experience in MS Word
