Thai Carrot Restaurant, located in Aberdeen, WA, offers authentic Thai cuisine and refreshing boba drinks. As our customers are our top priority, we are seeking a dedicated Thai Restaurant Supervisor who is knowledgeable about Thai cuisine to oversee kitchen and dining operations and ensure excellent customer service.

Specifically, our Thai Restaurant Supervisor will have the following responsibilities:

Overseeing Thai food preparation and ensuring consistent quality in both taste and plating;

Coordinating schedules and training the wait and kitchen staff;

Supervising servers in the dining room, and answering questions regarding the food and service, as well as resolving complaints from customers;

Supervising kitchen staff in all stages, including keeping fresh inventory, staying on time for dishes to go out, and following all health and safety regulations during cook prep work and cleaning up afterwards;

Applying in-depth knowledge and understanding of Thai cuisine to maximize productivity and efficiency in the kitchen, and to keep customer satisfaction high;

Controlling inventories of food, equipment, smallware, and liquor, and report shortages to designated personnel; and

Reporting regularly to the Restaurant Manager, who holds overarching responsibility for the restaurant's operations (including financial, scheduling, and HR matters), and providing them with updates regarding staff performance, operational concerns, and other relevant information.

SALARY: $59,758/year
