Customer Service and Collections Representative

$15/hr. - $20/hr. Starting Pay Range + Commission

Day shift schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ; 8:30 am - 5 :00 pm)

What You'll Do:

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and urgency

Engage with customers to resolve account issues, collect payments, and offer solutions

Drive sales through strong product knowledge and persuasive communication

Maintain accurate records and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

Assist with scheduling customer appointments

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Experience in sales, collections, and/or customer service preferred

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment; ability to multi-task

Reliable, positive, and ready to grow with us
