We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist (CSS) who is customer-focused, empathetic, and solutions-oriented. The CSS will serve as a key liaison between our customers and internal teamsproviding product and service information, resolving issues with accuracy and professionalism, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is patient, clear in communication, and proactive in problem-solving. Whether working with end users or dealer partners, the CSS will advocate for our customers and help maintain TBS Dentals reputation for excellence and service.

Objectives:

Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience: Provide prompt, professional, and empathetic support to customers and dealer partners, ensuring a seamless and positive experience at every touchpoint.

Resolve Issues Efficiently: Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service/warranty issues accurately and efficiently, escalating complex matters to your manager when necessary.

Maintain Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of TBS Dental's products and services to effectively assist customers and communicate value.

Accurate Order Management: Ensure timely and error-free order processing with branches and free goods.

Responsibilities: Manage and respond to incoming customer calls in a timely and professional manner Process free goods requests accurately and in accordance with company policies Identify and assess customer needs to deliver effective solutions and ensure satisfaction Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through clear and interactive communication Provide accurate, complete, and timely information using appropriate tools and resources Generate and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel to support internal operations Handle customer complaints with empathy and efficiency; provide timely resolutions and follow up to ensure satisfaction Log calls, maintain detailed records of customer interactions, update customer accounts, and manage related documentation in companys ERP i.e. NetSuite Go the extra mile to engage and support customers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience Develop and maintain deep product knowledge to better assist customers and anticipate their needs
