Responsible for overseeing food safety protocols, staff training, and nutritional standards across multiple locations within a district. Develop and analyze recipes to ensure meals are nutritionally balanced to meet both organizational and public health standards. Train staff on critical practices such as food safety, allergen handling, and proper storage techniques to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations. Adjust portion sizes and modifying ingredients to align with evolving dietary guidelines and health standards is a key part of maintaining menu integrity. Ensure ensures all menu items are compliant with FDA regulations and local health department requirements. Monitor the supply chain to source high- quality, nutritious ingredients that meet safety and sustainability criteria. Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations to ensure corrective actions are implemented. Conduct regular audits and inspections to proactively identify and correct potential food safety risks across all sites. Collaborate with culinary and procurement teams to implement seasonal and culturally inclusive menu options that support community wellness. Keep detailed records required by government agencies regarding sanitation practices and food subsidy compliance. Lead crisis response efforts related to food borne illness or contamination events, ensuring immediate corrective action and transparent communication with health authorities; and Analyze performance data and customer feedback to continuously improve food service operations, enhance training programs, and ensure consistent quality across all district locations.

U.S. Degree or Foreign Equivalent in Nutrition, Culinary Arts, Food and Safety Management, Gastronomy, Food Science, or any other related field.

1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING

: Restaurant General Manager, Food Service Manager, Food Safety Manager, Training Manager, Food Service Director, Nutritionist, or any related occupation.
