Customer Service Representative

Full job description

We are seeking a highly organized and driven customer service representative/office clerk to join our growing organization. This position will be working one on one with customers, sales representatives and team members to provide the highest level of customer service.

Duties/Responsibilities

General office functions: answering phones, greeting customers and venderors, filing, emails etc.

Data entry of purchase orders

Invoicing, credits and stock returns

Populating customer sales quotes for pricing and freight

Logistics for LTL, flatbed or van freight domestic and foreign

Produce weekly reports

Interpret and implement customers needs while meeting ETA's

Strategize with sales representative and team members in weekly production meetings

Following company policy and ISO requirements

Required Knowledge/Experience

Friendly and engaging attitude

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Highly organized/multitasker, works will in a fast-pace environment

Strong interpersonal skills, team player

2-3 years of customer service and sales experience required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
