Surge Staffing is hiring Hotel, Motel and Resort Desk Clerks in the Muscle Shoals Area!

Job Details:

First shift, Monday - Friday

7:00 am - 3:00 pm

Weekly competitive pay

Responsibilities:

Politely greet arriving and departing guests

Provide outstanding customer service and answer questions

Check guests in and out through a computer program

Review amenities, rates, and other relevant information with guests

Provide directions to rooms and other amenities

Listen to feedback and resolve issues

Calculate the total for stay and services used

Accept payment from guests

Answer phone calls and emails

Manage online and phone reservations and cancellations

Maintain a clean and organized service desk

Order office supplies and equipment if needed

Receive and hold mail or packages for guests

Maintain a stocked snack area if needed

Position Requirements:

Customer service experience is a huge plus

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Willingness to learn

Some computer knowledge is preferred

Great attendance and punctuality
