Duties

Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring excellent phone etiquette.

Manage scheduling and appointments for staff members.

Maintain organized filing systems and perform clerical duties as needed.

Provide administrative support, including data entry and document preparation.

Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and invoicing.

Assist with customer support inquiries, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations.

Skills

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Excellent customer service abilities, fostering positive relationships with clients.

Proficient in administrative tasks, including clerical duties and document management.

Experience as a clerk or personal assistant is preferred.

Familiarity with QuickBooks is a must.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Previous experience as a receptionist is advantageous but not required.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
