We seek a dedicated and professional part-time administrative assistant to support the Director of Program

Services. This rewarding yet demanding role involves working in a highly confidential and digital environment,

collaborating with the guardians of special needs children and Sunshine Foundation staff.

Responsibilities: Conduct daily reviews of referrals, including follow-up with applications and gathering required documents. Respond to all email and phone inquiries promptly and professionally. Document all correspondence and update children's files in the Access database. Upon approval of a child's dream, work with families to confirm the dream request and assist in gathering necessary documents and information. Follow up with families to collect receipts, photos, and testimonials. Job Summary (continued):

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Office 365, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Access, and Adobe.

Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Willingness to learn new tasks and take on new challenges and responsibilities as needed.

Recognizes the importance of learning new technology to support a more efficient and effective work

environment.
