Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Assisted Living (On-Call / Part-Time)\ Location: Bonners Ferry, Idaho\ Job Type: On-Call / Part-Time

Job Summary:\ Provide skilled nursing care to residents in an assisted living facility, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being. Work collaboratively with healthcare staff to implement care plans and respond promptly to residents medical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Delegate qualified medical assistance to administer medication when

appropriate.

Monitor and assess residents health status and report changes to

appropriate personnel.

Assist with care planning and documentation of resident progress.

Respond to on-call situations promptly, providing emergency or

routine care as needed.

Educate residents and families on health management and safety

practices.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to maintain quality care

standards.

Qualifications:

Current RN or LPN license in Idaho.

Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or similar

healthcare setting preferred but not required.

Strong communication, assessment, and clinical skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, move, or assist residents as needed.

Ability to perform clinical tasks including medication

administration and basic patient care.
