The Sun Dermatology Account Manager is responsible for promoting Suns Photodynamic Therapy product(s) and Cutaneous Oncology product, optimizing the business opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics and hospital accounts that specialize in the area of Medical Dermatology. The Account Manager will be required to demonstrate an excellence in developing and applying account business plans and consistently maintain reach and frequency call goals that lead to achievement of sales goals and objectives. Coordination and integration with all field based employees (Customer engagement, Reimbursement, Managed Markets, etc.) to effectively drive acceptance of promoted product(s) within a designated business area and geography.

Required:

Bachelor Degree required

Minimum 5 years of Pharmaceutical/Buy and Bill Sales/Medical Device experience/Cutaneous Oncology

Very strong communication skills and demonstrated clinical acumen.

Strong ability to collaborate, innovate and deliver results.

Valid drivers license

Preferred

Experience in Medical Dermatology and

Experience selling in a complex reimbursement and access environment

Experience selling in a rare disease market environment

Dermatology selling experience

Product launch experience

Experience selling in a highly competitive environment

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES/DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY :

Reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager

Responsible for the understanding and utilization of sales reports, CRM, and forecasts

Responsible for timely call reporting tasks

Responsible for managing Sales budgets within their account

Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals

The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $94k to $ 136k. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of IC Commission Plan. Employees are eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs which include medical, dental and vision coverage; life insurance; disability insurance; 401(k) savings plan; flexible spending accounts; and the employee assistance program. Employees also receive various paid time off benefits, including vacation time and sick time.
