Position Overview

The Industrial Engineer will play a key role in analyzing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions that enhance productivity and product quality. This position requires strong analytical skills, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Production, and Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes for safety, efficiency, and quality.

Analyze workflow, space utilization, and equipment layout for optimization.

Collect and interpret data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process changes.

Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to support new product introductions and process validation.

Develop and update standard operating procedures and work instructions.

Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support the quality team in root-cause analysis and corrective action projects.

Provide technical support to production personnel and management.

Prepare detailed reports and project documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (required).

3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering (preferred).

Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and time studies.

Strong technical skills in Excel, CAD software, or data visualization tools.

Excellent blueprint reading and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
