Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Overview: This is a fast paced, supportive role with opportunity to grow! Under the direction of management, you will be responsible for performing routine office activities. This is a Full Time Seasonal position, which is subject to layoff during the Winter.

Whenever on Suit-Kote property or job sites, or operating Suit- Kote equipment, employees are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that promotes the safety of the employee, co-workers and others.

Responsibilities/Job Duties:

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Enter payroll into Suit-Kote Enterprise software

Enter and track data on Excel spreadsheets

Scanning & saving of fuel receipts

Enter Coterra invoices for payment

Order supplies for the office

Receptionist duties (i.e. - answering phones, relaying messages, etc.)

Handling of purchase orders and accounts payable in conjunction with corporate accounting

Tracking of trucking mileage and fuel reports

Answer inquiries and obtain information for the public, customers, visitors and staff in a professional and courteous manner.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Passing a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening is required and a background check will be conducted

Must have or be willing to obtain an OSHA 10 Hour Safety Certificate

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds

Observe and comply with necessary PPE requirements

Must be able to work in a noisy area with many odors present

Bending, stretching, stooping, kneeling, crawling and squatting

Other Preferred Qualities:

Ability to read and understand SDS

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

High school diploma or GED - a two year technical degree is preferred

Basic math skills

Position is considered full time, but seasonal in nature, with anticipated lay-off in the November thru March time-frame. Site specific locations may have varying seasonal requirements that can extend or contract these timeframes.

Salary Range: $18-22/hr
