Our Project Engineer Career Development (PECD) program is a cornerstone of our growth and development philosophy. With an emphasis on in-field learning and development, our Project Engineers can expect to master critical construction skills, including:

About the Team:

Our STRUCTURAL Salt Lake City team is located in Salt Lake City, UT - however, they are a heavily travel oriented group. You can anticipate upwards of 70% travel across the Rocky Mountain region on project assignments over the course of the year.

Chicago's primary work scopes focus on Industrial customers - refineries, powerplants and similar facilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree is required. Preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field of study

Cumulative grade point average of 2.8 or higher

Ability to travel 70% of the year

A minimum of one relevant internship experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Exceptional documentation and organizational skills

Aptitude for solving problems

Reliable transportation from the office to job-sites
