Property Manager -- Healthcare/Medical Portfolio (Confidential)

Salary: $50,000--$65,000+ DOE, plus benefits

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of medical office and clinical properties. This role is about more than managing buildings --- it's about creating a Best in Class tenant experience, keeping operations running smoothly, and driving property performance.

What You'll Do

Manage day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, and vendor performance

Coordinate leasing activities, tours, renewals, and tenant move-ins/outs

Prepare budgets, forecasts, financial reports, and variance explanations

Oversee staff and service providers to maintain safety, compliance, and high standards

Lead capital and tenant improvement projects, ensuring long-term property value

What We're Looking For

Prior experience in property management (medical or commercial preferred)

Strong customer service skills and ability to build lasting relationships

Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, safety)

Financial reporting and budgeting experience

Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience considered
