Industrial Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities

Performregular inspectionsof machinery to detect malfunctions and wear.

Diagnose and repairmechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults using diagnostic tools and technical manuals.

Conductpreventive maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, adjustments, and replacement of worn parts to prevent equipment failure.

Install new machinery and equipment, ensuring proper alignment, calibration, and integration with existing systems.

Maintaindetailed maintenance logs, reports on equipment performance, and manage spare parts inventory.

Fabricate or repair metal parts as needed usingwelding, cutting, or machining skills.

Ensurecompliance with safety regulationsand maintain a clean, organized work environment. Follow local building codes, company safety regulations, and use personal protective equipment when performing task

Assist intraining production personnelon proper operation and basic preventive maintenance of equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding ofindustrial machinery and systems, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.

Ability toread and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Proficiency withhand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

Excellenttroubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
