DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY

Answer incoming calls and/or take orders from Providers/customers

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

-Maintain standard 5S expectations

-Focus on continuous improvement and consistently demonstrate good business judgment

-Answer incoming calls to Customer Service Representative's direct line and the Customer Service queue

-Take and enter quotes and orders from Providers or Sales Representatives via phone, fax, e-mail

-Handle order cancelations

-Assist with hot rush orders, product quotes, return calls, and voice mail

-Work effectively with all departments to exceed internal and external expectations

-Stealth Products retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

REQUIRED SKILLS

-Must be a team player, professional, highly detail-oriented, and honest

Must have the ability to:

-Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment

Must have:

-Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel

-Excellent phone etiquette skills

-Excellent web navigation skills

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

-1 year of experience in a Customer Service environment

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

-Current or previous successful employment experience with Stealth Products (directly, independently or through a third party)

REQUIRED EDUCATION

-High School Diploma or GED

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

-Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
