Pay Range: $18 - $22/hr

Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k, sick time and PTO after 90 days!

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Summary: The Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative assists the Plant Manager in ensuring customer needs are met and any assigned administrative duties are completed. This person communicates with customers, vendors, and all personnel plant wide.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Oversee and coordinate order progression

Assist plant manager in ensuring promised delivery date is met on orders

Arrange outside vendors as necessary

Develop and produce necessary reports to assist management

Maintain an accurate and organized filing system

Prepare, audit, and forward payroll, accounts payable, and other necessary information to appropriate personnel

Greet and direct customers, vendors, and visitors

Assist plant manager with additional administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements**

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to use multi-line phone systems, computers, and other office equipment

Ability to learn applicable procedure documents in the training program
