[HEAP service assessments (determining eligibility and real-time program assistance) are completed by utilizing the Ohio Development Services Agency (ODSA), Office of Community Assistance, Energy Assistance Web Portal and Salesforce database]{times="" new="" roman""=""}

[Responsible for having all forms signed by customer and scan/upload documents to the ODSA Energy Assistance Web Portal and OCEAN database once assessment is completed]{times="" new="" roman""=""}
