About the Role: We're seeking an experienced and motivated

RN Charge Nurseto lead clinical operations in a fast-paced Ambulatory Surgery Center. This is a dynamic leadership position responsible for coordinating pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care, ensuring the highest standards of safety and service for surgical patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and direction to nursing and clinical support staff

Oversee patient flow and coordinate care across surgical services

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and administrative teams

Ensure compliance with regulatory and infection control standards

Assist with staff scheduling, onboarding, and mentorship

Monitor patient outcomes and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Indiana

Minimum 2 years of recent perioperative or ASC experience

Leadership or charge nurse experience preferred

ACLS and BLS certification required

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
