Position Overview:

We are seeking friendly and motivated Front Desk Associates to join our team! The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their stay is enjoyable and comfortable.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.

Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately, ensuring all necessary information is collected.

Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.

Process reservations and modification accurately through the hotel's property management system.

Manage payments and ensure a smooth check-out process.

Respond to guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent, additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus.

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.

Strong Communication Skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in basic computer skills

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
