A leading regional resource management company is seeking a self motivated and experienced Diesel, Truck and Heavy Equipment Technician with a strong work ethic to join our dedicated maintenance team and oversee special projects.

What You Will Do

Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide variety of heavy-duty diesel trucks and specialized resource management equipment.

Handle both routine servicing and complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system troubleshooting on various @types of equipment.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team.

Coordinate daily workflow and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.

Work collaboratively with the operations team to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.

What You Will Bring

5-10 years of professional experience as a Truck and Diesel Technician, preferably within the trucking, construction, or resource industries.

2 plus years of leadership experience within a maintenance or shop environment.

Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing trucks and diesel engines, transmissions, brakes and electrical systems.

Strong hydraulic system knowledge is a significant advantage.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Category 3 Safety Inspection License
