Develop and oversee detailed plans for prepress tasks, ensuring smooth project progression and efficient resource allocation.

Supervise all prepress and mounting activities, including staff supervision, production planning, and inventory management of raw materials and supplies.

Supervise manufacturing operations from raw material to finished product in the packaging solutions industry, including prepress activities, workflow development, and systems

management.

Design and update workflow systems to optimize prepress operations, incorporating new technologies and best practices.

Train staff on workflow systems and enforce adherence to established procedures.

Work with Esko Automation Engine, Curve and Color Pilot, FlexRIP, Packedge, ArtPro, Viewer AE Pilot, and Fiery Software.

Establish and enforce quality control measures, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Set and monitor product standards, directing testing during processing to ensure finished products meet quality specifications.

Work with ISO implementation and follow up.

Manage production schedules and deadlines:

Develop and manage production schedules, coordinating with other departments to align prepress activities with overall production timelines.

Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and resolve scheduling conflicts.

Focus on maintaining high levels of quality and customer satisfaction.

Optimize operational costs and productivity, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Conduct site audits for safety compliance and maintain records to demonstrate adherence to laws and policies.

Negotiate materials prices with suppliers and coordinate inventory control programs for cost-effective production.
