The Spencerport School District is currently accepting applications for an Office Clerk III (12 months) supporting the main office at Cosgrove Middle School.

Candidates must be eligible for appointment as Office Clerk III, as per the rules and regulations of the Monroe County Department of Human Resources and Civil Service.Job Description: This position provides essential administrative support to the building principal and serves as a point of contact for students, families, and visitors. This role manages office operations including calendar coordination, phone and email communications, and student information systems. Responsibilities include maintaining confidential records, coordinating meetings and facility requests, scheduling meetings for building administration, assisting in inputting attendance, supporting student needs, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the office. The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and skilled at multitasking in a dynamic educational environment.Required Credentials: Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma plus EITHER:(A) Successful completion of at least thirty (30) credit hours from a college or university; OR,(B) One (1) year paid full-time or its part-time equivalent office clerical or secretarial experience; OR,(C) An equivalent combination of education and experience as defined by the limits of (A) and (B) above.
