Were looking for a creative professional who can do more than just make things look good we want someone with a voice. Someone who can bring ideas to life through thoughtful design, and who isnt afraid to share their perspective on how to make our materials stronger, clearer, and more impactful. This role blends hands-on graphic design with creative collaboration across multiple media formats from digital campaigns to physical print pieces.

Core Needs We need someone who can: Design marketing materials across a wide range of media, both digital and print.

Adapt to different project styles: sometimes following a provided layout, other times taking the lead with their own creative direction.

Review and refine existing materials by offering design and layout feedback to improve clarity, effectiveness, and visual appeal.

Collaborate and communicate ideas clearly this person should have a creative point of view and confidence in sharing it.

Key Responsibilities Design and produce materials such as:

Eblasts and email campaigns

Social media ads and graphics

Billboards and signage

Print advertisements

Branded apparel and merchandise

Create clean, professional vector artwork suitable for production.

Maintain brand consistency while also contributing fresh, innovative ideas.

Provide constructive design feedback on existing marketing assets.

Skills & Requirements Proficiency in:

Canva

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

Attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

Drawing and/or video editing skills are a plus, but not required.
