Job Title: Construction Laborer

Job Summary: Arc Labor Group is seeking hardworking individuals to join our construction crews. Start building your career in the trades by gaining valuable experience assisting skilled professionals on diverse building and development projects.

Compensation Structure:

\$20.00/hr - Construction Laborer: Site labor and assistance.

Responsibilities:

Site Preparation & Cleanup: Keep active job sites safe and

running smoothly by removing debris, sweeping, and organizing materials.

Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute building

materials to support carpenters and other skilled tradespeople.

Safety & Maintenance: Adhere strictly to OSHA and site-specific

safety regulations. Assist with the safe operation of basic hand and power tools.

Requirements:

Reliability: Must be ready to work hard and take direction well

from site supervisors.

Physical Stamina: Ability to perform rigorous physical labor,

including heavy lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for long periods.

Gear: Must have standard construction gear (steel-toed boots,

durable work pants). Hard hats and safety glasses will be provided.
