Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, skilled Associate Dentist to join our thriving practice. This opportunity offers the perfect balance of clinical autonomy, mentorship, and growth potential in a practice with a strong patient base and consistent growth trajectory.

Practice Highlights:

Thriving Patient Base: 2,450 active patients with exceptional new patient flow (40-50 monthly)
Modern Facility: 4 fully equipped operatories (plus 1 additional plumbed operatory)
Advanced Technology: Digital workflow ecosystem including:
- Kava OP 3D Pro CBCT (13x15 FOV capability)
- iTero 5D Scanner
- 3Shape Wireless Scanner
- CEREC Omnicam with in-house milling
- Desktop Health Einstein 3D Printer
- Digital radiography
- Guided implant surgical technology
Established Production: Consistently busy schedule with robust daily production
Growth Focused: Strong year-over-year growth over the past three years
Established Team: Including a registered dental assistant with 22+ years at the practice

Compensation & Schedule:

Competitive compensation at 30% of production
4-day work week (Monday-Thursday, 8am to 5pm)
Potential for expanded hours or additional days

Ideal Candidate:

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited university
Current California dental license
Passion for comprehensive, high-quality dentistry
Interest in CAD/CAM and digital dentistry
Excellent chairside manner and communication skills
Commitment to continuing education and professional growth
Communicates easily
