Job Title: Warehouse Lead

Support role in managing the daily activities of the warehouse to include inventory control, material movement and shipping/receiving in accordance

with inventory control procedures, quality, and safety requirements.

Support role in managing inventories for both raw and finished materials.

Works with the warehouse supervisor to ensure all in/out bound shipments are processed according to company shipping standards.

Works closely with warehouse supervisor to ensure company policy, goals, and objectives are met.

Hours: Monday - Thursday; 7:00 am - 5:30 pm

? Two years warehouse experience, preferably in manufacturing, with progressively increased responsibility in shipping, receiving, inventory and materials

management; college degree in preferred

? Strong working knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control

? One-year supervisory experience required; proven ability to build a team and motivate others to meet production demands

? Qualified to use material handling equipment

? Good communication skills and ability to work well with others

? Must obtain forklift certification within 2 weeks of hire

? Proficiency in MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook; prior experience with warehouse software systems (i.e. QuickPAC, etc.) preferred

? Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, fractions, etc.)

? Ability multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast pace environment

? Current state drivers license and proof of insurability.
