South Shore Early Education in Plymouth seeks a full-time School Nurse 37.50 hrs. per week, 52 wks. per year. All benefits apply. No nights, weekends, or approved holidays. Must be able to communicate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team and collaborate with community partners. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR). Sincere commitment to ensuring the health and safety of the children we serve. Responsible for direct management of the health component of the site, inclusive of dental, health, nutritional assessments, and implementation of current ACF and State EEC health regulations. Maintaining health records and data tracking including the immunization survey. Monitors confidentiality practices and policies. Business travel amongst locations required, business travel will be reimbursed at IRS mileage rate. Core Qualifications-Desired qualification: RN (LPN considered) with experience in pediatrics. Medical certificate, TB test and proof of immunity to measles, mumps, and rubella prior to beginning employment. Statement of no record ? CORI, DCF, SORI and FINGERPRINT. First Aid/CPR. Minimum 18 yrs. of age. Must be able to speak and understand English.
