Busy Certified Public Accounting firm has an immediate opening for a full-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.This individual in this position will serve as our primary receptionist, assist with various administrative duties, and assist with data entry and other bookkeeping functions for clients.

Office and administrative/clerical experience preferred.Knowledge or experience with Excel, Word, and QuickBooks is helpful.

Competitive pay will depend on experience and skills.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Greeting clients and answering phone.

Daily input of time records to our Practice Management program.

Provide clerical support, including filing, data entry and document preparation as directed by management.

Copying and assembling of various documents for clients, including tax returns.

Experience in office administration roles is preferred.Candidate should possess the following skills:

Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Excel and Word

Understand and respect the need to keep client and office matters confidential

Work location and schedule:

8:30 - 4:00 Monday - Friday, Some Saturdays and overtime during tax season.

On site at our office located in Punxsutawney, PA

Pay: $14 - $18 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
