Were currently hiring passionate, year-round Line Cooks full-time and part-time to join our vibrant kitchen team and help craft the bold, creative dishes our guests love. We want team players dedicated to delivering great food and unforgettable experiences to our guests.

At Silver Gulch Brewing and Bottling Co., were more than just a brewerywe're a family-owned business with deep roots in Alaska, cherished by the Fox community since 1998. Located just 10 miles north of Fairbanks along the scenic Steese Highway, our brewpub features a dozen house-made beers on tap and a diverse menu that keeps guests coming back for more. We are open Wednesday-Friday 4PM-9PM; Saturday-Sunday 3PM-9PM. We are looking to fill a few other FOH/BOH positions so reach out to us!

Job Duties Include:

Follow recipes, measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients

Bake, grill, steam, and boil a variety of foods

Present and garnish final dishes with care

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Handle and store ingredients properly

Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met

Set up workstations with necessary ingredients and equipment

Monitor inventory levels and check the quality of ingredients

Accommodate guests special requests

Operate kitchen equipment, including broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant environment

Strong food handling and culinary skills, including knife skills

Background in meal preparation and food service

Experience in catering and serving is a plus

Familiarity with dietary department operations and menu planning preferred

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen setting and work as part of a team
