The Department of Marketing at Siena College is seeking an Adjunct Faculty member to teach the Marketing Practicum Preparation course in-person for the Fall 2025 semester. This course prepares students for internships or experiential learning experiences in marketing. The course engages students in hands-on career exploration and development activities to deepen their understanding of marketing careers.

Salary: $1,333.34 per contact hour

The hiring salary above represents the College's good faith estimate at the time of posting in compliance with the Albany County Salary Transparency Law.

Job Requirements:

A Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Education in Counseling, or a related field is required.

Extensive professional experience in career counseling is required

Demonstrated ability to guide students in career exploration, professional development, and preparation for internships or experiential learning.

Familiarity with self-assessment tools, resume building, LinkedIn profile optimization, job search strategies, and interview coaching techniques.

Experience working with students in a liberal arts setting.

Successful candidates will show a commitment to fostering professional growth in undergraduate students and contribute to Siena College's mission of educating the whole person.

A background screening will be required.
