Operational Leadership:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of existing tolling systems, ensuring seamless functionality, system uptime, and customer satisfaction.

Develop and enforce operational procedures, performance metrics, and service level agreements (SLAs) for tolling projects.

Team Management
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of over 25 employees, fostering collaboration, performance excellence, and professional growth.

Business Development and Strategic Planning:
Support tolling business development efforts, including supporting the preparation of proposals, and reviewing contracts.

Technical and Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure tolling systems meet regulatory requirements, technical standards, and environmental guidelines.
