The Shoshone Rose Casino is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our casino. This role provides vital administrative support to management and various departments, ensuring efficient office operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to casino leadership, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining files.

Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.

Coordinate internal communications, memos, and bulletins across departments.

Assist with HR-related duties such as onboarding paperwork, timekeeping, and employee records.

Maintain and organize documents, contracts, licenses, and confidential materials.

Order and manage office supplies and ensure equipment is maintained and functional.

Help coordinate special events, staff meetings, and casino promotions as needed.

Handle data entry, spreadsheets, and basic financial record-keeping.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Discretion with confidential information.

Ability to work in a high-paced, dynamic environment with professionalism and courtesy.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a casino, hotel, or entertainment setting.

Familiarity with casino management systems or compliance software.

Notary Public certification (optional).
