Job Title: Retail Sales Associate/Seamstress - Fashion Boutique

We also provide rental and sales of mens tuxedos, suits, and accessories. Our mission is to deliver exceptional customer service while helping clients look and feel their best.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dependable and energetic Retail Sales Associate/Seamstress to join our team. This role involves customer service, sales, merchandising, and overall store support. The ideal candidate is outgoing, cooperative, and committed to maintaining a professional and welcoming boutique environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service and personalized sales assistance

Assist clients with bridal, formal, and day wear fashion selections, as well as jewelry and accessories

Support mens tuxedo and suit rentals and sales, including fittings and accessory coordination

Interact with clients, vendors, and manufacturers professionally

Merchandise and maintain product displays

Check in, tag, and organize incoming inventory orders

Assist with light cleaning and general store upkeep

Contribute to a team-focused, energetic, and positive work environment

Perform other duties as needed to ensure smooth business operations

Qualifications and Requirements:

Stable, mature, and dependable work ethic

Outgoing, friendly, and professional attitude

Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

Energetic, industrious, and cooperative team player

Bilingual (preferred, but not required)

Minimal sewing skills required; seamstress skills strongly preferred

Professional appearance suitable for a fashion boutique (business casual/professional dress code)

Availability: 24-40 hours per week, Monday through Saturday (hours vary by season)

Must be available to work Saturdays and immediately before/after major holidays

Retail or fashion experience is a plus
