Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the food service team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.

Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new team members.

Oversee food preparation and production processes to maintain quality and presentation standards.

Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance skills in food service, catering, and banquet operations.

Assist in planning and executing catering events, ensuring all details are managed effectively.

Provide support and guidance to team members, fostering a positive work environment.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies at all times.

Skills
