JOB DUTIES:

Installation of a wide variety of machine tools and other manufacturing equipment

Diagnose, plan, and execute repair on machine tools in an thorough and efficient manner

Perform preventive maintenance on machine tools and other manufacturing equipment.

Read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams to diagnose and perform repairs

Understanding of machine tool programming languages and PLC

Conform to all requirements of Seyer Industries Quality System and any and all customer invoked quality requirements (AS-9100, for example).

Continuously seek opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and organization(6s)

Work well within a team to achieve minimal downtime of manufacturing equipment

Assess facility infrastructure needs and identify required maintenance, repairs, and improvements

Plan, schedule, and coordinate a wide range of industrial repair, maintenance, and facility work using internal resources and extrernal vendors

Manage vendor performance during projects or repairs to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within scope

Inspect and verify quality of completed work to ensure it meets Seyer's standards and defined project expectations
