Seven D Windows and Door LLC a leading window and door manufacture in Hollidaysburg, PA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help provide exceptional service to our customers.

What You'll Do*

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll help resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure every interaction leaves them smiling.

Your responsibilities will include:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Resolving product or service issues with empathy and efficiency

Documenting customer interactions and feedback

Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience

Maintaining a positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced environment

Help entering customer order and check them for accuracy

Provide customers with acknowledgments assuring their order is being processed.
What We're Looking For*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and stay organized

Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
