Prepare and review financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements).

Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other relevant accounting standards.

Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.

Manage and supervise the accounting team, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Coordinate with external auditors and prepare for audits.

Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Prepare tax returns and documentation.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Experience: 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
