Job Duties:

Obtain job specifications for print jobs.

Manage projects from start to finish.

Work and communicate with production, CSR, and Sales teams.

Efficiently address and resolve client issues.

Work in and manage Adobe WorkFront (Project Management) dashboard.

Communicate with client via WorkFront software and email.

Process estimates for print jobs.

Must have professional demeanor and strong communication skills (verbal/written).

Oversee billing and sending invoices to clients.

Schedule weekly client meetings.

Contribute to strategic account plans.

Hold teams accountable and share timelines.

Monitor print approval process and notify production.

Send hard proof tracking information to confirm delivery.

Update internal issues log.

Escalate quality issues to client during proofing process.

Job Specifications:

Location: Romeoville/Bolingbrook area

Shift hours: 1st shift

Pay range: \$24-31 per hour
