As a Production Worker at Secret Creek in Montrose, Colorado, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team dedicated to crafting high-quality fabric structures. This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet the high standards of craftsmanship and quality that our customers have come to expect.

Responsibilities:

Sand and stain wood to specification.

Cut wood and industrial fabrics with precision

Install various @types of hardware.

Operate industrial fabric welders, heat seamers, and sewing machines.

Safely maneuver loads exceeding 50 lbs using hand trucks, jib cranes, and carts.

Utilize hand tools (e.g., mallets, scissors, utility knives, pliers) and industrial equipment effectively.

Ensure professional and timely product creation and installations to meet customer expectations.

Follow all safety regulations and consistently use proper personal protective equipment (PPE).

Accurately measure materials using a tape measure.

Support departmental and company-wide projects as needed.

Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic with a reliable attendance record.

Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs.

Physically capable of sustained manual labor in a production environment.

Basic math skills for measurement and calculations.

Positive attitude, sound judgment, and problem-solving abilities.

Prior experience with manual production work, machinery, or hand tools preferred.

Education:
