POSITION SUMMARY:

The position will have the responsibility of preparing monthly financial reports and commercial billings for several Schroeder Manatee Ranch (SMR) subsidiaries. This position requires an individual with strong accounting skills, a strong understanding of GAAP, excellent computer skills and the ability to work well with executive team members as well as with immediate department staff. Property Management experience preferred.

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday thru Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

General ledger/journal entries

Monthly financial reporting and analysis of financial results

Account reconciliations and audit schedules

Fixed Assets & Depreciation Schedules

Bank reconciliations

Sales tax reconciliation and remittance

Accounts Payable

Accounts Receivable/Cash Receipts

Sales reporting

Commercial billings

Assist with preparation of annual budgets & forecasting

Assist Corporate and Divisional Controllers with various projects/duties

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Must be well organized and detail oriented

Able to work independently

Ability to meet deadlines

Strong written and verbal skills
