Job Summary

The IT Project Manager will oversee technology-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role involves planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget while managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for seamless execution.

Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement contingency plans.

Conduct regular status meetings and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with IT security standards and organizational policies.

Perform post-project evaluations and recommend process improvements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

10+ years of experience in IT project management.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Preferred Skills

Experience with ERP systems (SyteLine familiarity is a plus).

Ability to manage remote teams and outsourced resources.

Strong financial acumen for budget control.

Proficiency with ClickUp, Jira, and ServiceNow for project tracking and IT service management.

Hands-on experience with ETL processes and tools.

Proven track record in leading digital transformation initiatives.
