Duties/ Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day activities of the accounts you are assigned as the main point of contact for your client, keep your supervisor informed of customer relation, performance and all other issues that may arise

Audit Shipments, Receipts and Inventory Counts as assigned.

Fulfill orders daily for your Clients

Maintain office efficiency by maintaining appearance of your area, handling correspondence.

Manage all aspects of your accounts and provide answers, resources, and solutions as requested.

Continuously maintain communication and strong working relationship with the warehouse team

Cross-train on all accounts to have the ability to assist when needed.

Full understanding of all B2B and B2C accounts processes and procedures

Any additional tasks as assigned by supervisor or management

Qualifications

Basic math skills.

1-2 Years Warehouse Experience.

Data entry and computer skills.

Knowledge of small parcel processes

Knowledge of LTL/FTL processes

Proven work experience with a high level of Work Quality

Solid computer skills, especially MS Excel

Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to work flexible hours
