We are looking for a

Senior Administrative Assistant

This position typically reports to the Office Manager and business owner.

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Onboarding and offboarding of Employees and Equipment in a fast-paced environment

Preparation of Weekly Payroll

Communicating with employees regarding DOT compliance, benefits, pay information, and job performance via in-person, phone and email

Managing benefits enrollments, terminations and fielding questions for employees

Managing drug testing program for new hire, random and follow up test scheduling and results monitoring

Tracking Paid Time Off

Working with billing and dispatch teams

Answering phones and other errands

Must be respectful, energetic and able to wear multiple hats while remaining calm in high pressure situations as well as be extremely organized

Regular, predictable attendance is essential in this position

Qualifications:

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Solid understanding of payroll, benefit deductions and employee file maintenance

Must have strong excel skills

Experience with Quickbooks desktop

Knowledge of human resources helpful
