Job Purpose

To maintain and repair all process equipment and facilities by performing necessary task and or managing outside contractors for the purposes of supporting the needs of operations and contribute to the achievement of the Quality Objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensures operation of machinery, mechanical equipment and facilities by completing preventive maintenance requirements on Autoclaves, Ovens, CNC, Pneumatic system, Vacuum systems, Building structure, HVAC systems and production machines;

Following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications as well as troubleshooting and resolving malfunctions;

Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

Qualifications

Written and verbal communication skills.

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

HVAC experience and Building repair

Able to complete assignments with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy

Able to work independently with minimal guidance and as part of a team

Advanced knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical equipment, controls and building repair.

Working Conditions This position will be performed within the environmentally controlled primary production floor. Exposure to elevated noise, dust and fumes will occur all of which you will be provided access to proper hearing and respirator protection. Heavy equipment utilization will also occur in the area.

Physical Requirements Full shift standing, walking bending and sitting may occur as well as lifting no more than 50lbs. Areas utilizing resins, solvents and dust will require use of appropriate respiratory protection
